Playa de Los Alemanes

About 25 minutes from where i’m currently living in Spain I’ve stumbled across an area or beach called ‘Playa de Los Alemanes’. Which means German Beach. Its a stunning, beautiful natural area, with some obviously very wealthy residents.

Although Spain was officially neutral during WW2 they were aligned with the Nazi’s. There are fortifications and bunkers close to the beach that were rumoured to have helped with the covert supplying of German U-Boats. It’s also claimed after the war many fleeing Nazi’s were given land to settle in this cove and build houses.

The energy of this area is so lovely, it also very close to a megalithic sacred cave and ritual rock.

It feels so peculiar that these fleeing Germans were given so much protection by Spanish authorities.

A large resort ‘Urbanizacion Atlanterra’ close by was also originally funded by German money.

A small area, with a lot going on, plus again the energy is lush.
