Earth Body

One huge revelation to be born in this new year for me, is the intrinsic connection between the earth and the human body. 

The allegories and global drama playing out are the direct external expression of what is occurring in our bodies, our consciousness.

Countries and areas of land are aspects and elements of self.

Simply say a countries name, you will find resonance in a part of your body and mind.

Greenland and Venezuela have come up in the consciousness to be seen healed and integrated.

New areas of land or cities you may have never heard of before will come into your experience. These are direct aspects of yourself you’ve never previously been aware of.

If you start to view the world like this, the external chaos starts to makes sense.
