Friday the 13th

Today is Friday the 13th! 

Culturally in the West its always considered a day of bad luck. There is fear attached to this calendar date.

Many point towards if all the months of the year were standardised to 30 days, there would be room for an extra month, with 13 months in total and no continuing need for leap years. 

13 months would then harmonise with the natural cycles of the planet and sun and moon. Resultantly this would also alter the astrological zodiac from 12 to 13.

Pre-christian goddess worship 13 is sacred because its links to the lunar cycles and also women’s menstrual cycles with roughly 13 a year. Again all of these aspects are connected and work in balance.

This all adds some potential insight why maybe why the number 13 is demonised.

It points towards a truth.
